Message	Washington in my case. I failed emissions and would need to have cats welded on in order to pass which I had to remove as they were in my OEM downpipes when I upgraded turbos. My car tabs expired in 03/13, so I am almost having to renew them again anyways. My question would be seeing as how I am gonna park it for the winter soon anyways if I hold off until 03/14 would I still have to do emissions? Do I have to pay additional fees for not renewing them all year? Thank you.
